Maria Fielder Since you are standing most of the day resulting in soreness, you could try stretching after a long day of work, or before you go to bed. This would greatly aid in muscle recovery from a long day. We suggest giving our 28-day stretching calendar a try - https://thegirlscenter.online/programs/collection-28daystretchingcalendar

Don't force yourself to do more physical activity after a long day of work (which seems like a physical activity itself!), go for a more gentle approach of stretching would do much more benefit to you.
