The Girls Center i am doing good so far and i am using the calendar for jan 2024.. is there something that you can direct me towards that would be helpful for lower back,legs and buttom? Low impact would be nice. My work has me standing lost of the day and lifting etc.. i find as of lately these areas have been sore and pain in the lowerback but on one side not both. I have used the warm up and cool down in the calendar the streatch work well, i just wondered if there was something else. Other then that i am doing as best as i can with the hope of becoming better as i move along in the exercises. My coordination needs a lot of work
